Salary: £26-£35 per hour dependant on experience/placement

Liberty Healthcare Services are hiring enthusiastic support workers and care assistants across the UK!
You’ll be an experienced reistered nurse with experience in learning difficulties/disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia, end of life care, complex health needs, respite care, challenging behaviour and convalescent care. We are offering flexible working hours [i.e. 8 hours, 12 hours etc.] and shift patterns including day, night and live-in shifts.

As an Agency RGN you will be supporting people who require additional support with various tasks. that meets the needs of each and every service user, this may include personal care, administration of Medication or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high standards of care to the residents at all times
Monitoring vital signs, adminstering medication, carrying out assessments and blood tests
Communicating with patients and their families
Maintain detailed and accurate records and reports, including care plans
Report any concerns you may have to the home’s nurses or management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
NMC PIN and registration with a good CPD record.
Experience of paid patient facing UK nursing experience within the past 3 years
Good communication skills (verbal, written and fluency in English)
Proof of your right to live and work in the UK
Mandatory Training in healthcare ( e.g. Moving and handling, basic life support, health
safety awareness)
Driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable, not essential)
